Get Your Triple Joy at Trans Studio Mall

Special Monday - Friday (Weekend & Public Holiday Not Applicable)
Every customer who makes shopping transactions using a Bank Mega Credit Card on Monday to Friday (No Transactions on Weekends and Public Holidays) at Trans Studio Mall are entitled to participate in the "Double Joy" program with the following terms and conditions:

A. TRIPLE POINTS
Mechanism:

1. Customers only need to make a minimum transaction of IDR 250,000 in one shopping receipt.
2. Customers upload shopping receipts at TSM Loyalty Apps which can be downloaded through the Play Store / App Store.
3. Every Multiples of Rp. 250,000 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah). Shoppers Bank Mega Credit Card Holders get 3 Reward Points, Triple Points from the usual Reward Points Program.
Specifically in Certain Tenants:
• Tenant Category Health & Beauty, Optical, Watches and Gadgets, Minimum Shopping Transaction Value of IDR 1,000,000 - will get 3 Reward Points
• Tenant Category Jewelery & Travel Tour, Minimum Shopping Transaction Value of IDR 2,500,000, - and 3 Reward Points
CC Mega Holder will get Triple Points after upgrading Member to TSM Ultima Member.
Then the customer must click YES after uploading the receipt in the question column "Did you use the TSM Ultima Card for the payment process? If YES, Please submit your EDC Slip, to prove that the customer is shopping using a Bank Mega Credit Card.
4. Exchange must be made on the same day & date as stated on the shopping receipt.
5. Transactions that cannot be exchanged for reward points are transactions from Exhibition Tenants / Casual Leasing, Tenant Anchor Dept. Store (Metro), H&M, Uniqlo, Tenant Grocery (Transmart), Tenant Entertainment (XXI, Kids City, Trans Studio Theme Park, Celebrity Fitness), Tenant & Island Food & Beverage), Shopping Voucher purchase transactions and credit purchase transactions (Dompet Pulse).
6. Trans Studio Mall has the right, without prior notification, to take the necessary actions if there is suspected fraud or abuse by the customer.
7. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.


B. LUCKY DIP
Mechanism:
1. Customers only need to make a minimum transaction of IDR 250,000, - for a single receipt.
2. Exchange must be made on the same day & date as stated on the shopping receipt and done by the customer concerned (cannot be represented) at the GF floor information desk by bringing shopping receipts and identity cards.
3. Transactions that cannot be exchanged for a Lucky Dip are transactions from Exhibition Tenants / Casual Leasing, Tenant Anchor Dept. Store (Metro), H&M, Uniqlo, Tenant Grocery (Transmart), Tenant Entertainment (XXI, Kids City, Trans Studio Theme Park, Celebrity Fitness), Tenant & Island Food & Beverage), Shopping Voucher purchase transactions and credit purchase transactions (Dompet Pulse).
4. Not Valid Multiples.
5. Then the CS TSM Officer will verify the Shopping Receipt and / or shopping transaction EDC Slip.
6. The exchange of this program is only valid once for one customer per day and as long as the availability of prizes is still there, only for the first 25 exchangers.
7. This program does not apply to tenant employees.
8. Lucky Dip Consists of:
• TSM Shopping Vouchers that customers can use for shopping transactions in all cooperating Trans Studio Mall Tenants and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Free Parking Vouchers at Trans Studio Mall for 1 (one) Hour Special for Four-Wheeled Vehicles. The voucher is given to the SPI Officer at the vehicle exit counter along with the vehicle parking ticket.
9. TSM Bandung has the right, without prior notification, to take the necessary actions if there is suspected fraud or abuse by the customer.
